“When I became CEO of Full Circle Insights, I was a little bit surprised, or maybe I was simply not aware, that I’m one of the few women that’s actually a CEO. When you’re on the journey, you kind of don’t look around you and see what the gender of the people in the room is necessarily.”

“There’s not enough women in venture capital firms.”

“There’s certainly pressure to grow. Profitability for startups especially. Venture Capital firms have to put money to work . . . Sometimes in order for entrepreneurs to take investments, they have to take a lot of money that they may not need.”

“Entrepreneurs have fallen into a unicorn trap, but the bloom is off the rose with the whole unicorn model I would say at this point. So, I believe that moving forward it’s going to be super popular for us to be capital efficient.”

“Trying to be capital efficient requires being very creative . . . It’s easy to spend the money. What’s hard is to use the money well.”

Bonnie Crater – President / CEO, Full Circle Insights

  1. Prior to joining Full Circle Insights, Bonnie Crater was a five-time vice president of marketing and executive at many software companies in Silicon Valley.
  2. Bonnie held vice president and senior vice president roles at Genesys, Netscape, Network Computer Inc., Salesforce.com, Stratify, Realization, and VoiceObjects (now Voxeo).
  3. A 10-year veteran of Oracle Corporation and its various subsidiaries, Bonnie was vice president, Compaq Products Division and vice president, Workgroup Products Division.
  4. In 2013, Bonnie was named one of the “100 Most Influential Women” by the Silicon Valley Business Journal, and in 2015 the Sales Lead Management Association named her one of the “20 Women to Watch” in sales lead management.
  5. A strong believer in equal opportunity and corporate social responsibility, Bonnie was a key participant in the 2015 Women Investor Summit, has challenged peers to interview women for senior level positions by pledging to uphold the Murray Mandate and announced Full Circle Insight’s commitment to philanthropic efforts through the Pledge 1% movement at this year’s Dreamforce event.
  6. Bonnie holds a B.A. in biology from Princeton University.
